Vista Grande Active Adult Community

A Place In The Sun... For You!

Vista Grande is an active adult community built by The Foundation of IAAP as housing for retired administrative professionals. Living at Vista Grande is determined by application from people who are 55 and up and priority is given in this order:

  • IAAP members
  • Former IAAP members
  • General Public

When your application is received, you are placed on a waiting list for occupancy on your desired move-in date or as soon as possible thereafter. A financial statement is required for occupancy and financial need is a consideration for acceptance.
