The Foundation of IAAP will be supporting two financial assistance opportunities targeted to administrative professionals during the 2012-13 fiscal year, which will include the following:

Housing Assistance Subsidies to administrative professionals who are in need, age 55 or older, and qualify for financial assistance. The program is designed to assist those administrative professionals that do not have the financial resources to help secure an affordable place to call their home upon retirement. To qualify for assistance, the administrative professional must live in a retirement community, meet specific eligibility requirements, and be willing to submit personal financial information to document their eligibility.

EFAM Scholarships to administrative professionals who have not attended the IAAP Education Forum and Annual Meeting. EFAM is the Association’s signature conference and includes information, education and training germane to the profession to assist administrative professionals in their personal career development and workplace productivity. The EFAM scholarships are for one year only and targeted to first-time attendees.
